What we collect

When you send a project request, Bobby The Builder LLC receives the contact information, project details, preferences, consent, and files you choose to provide. Please avoid sensitive financial or identity documents.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, contact you about your project, prepare estimates, and manage related work. A notification email tells the team a request was received; your attachments stay in private file storage.

Drafts and security

An unfinished request is saved in this browser for up to 30 days and removed when you submit or clear it. Files must be reattached if you leave. Drafts may be visible to others who use the same browser. We use a keyed hash of the connection address for short-lived abuse prevention rather than saving the raw address in our application records.

The website guide answers common questions locally in your browser; these questions are not sent to the team or saved as inquiries. Its minimize and motion preferences are saved on this device until you clear browser data. Use the project request form to send information to the team.

Service providers

The website uses Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, structured data, and file storage, and Resend for transactional notifications. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. These providers process connection and technical information needed to operate their services. Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and requests

Submitted records are retained until the business deletes them. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact bobbythebuilderllc@gmail.com or call 571-398-9431.

Your choices

Submitting a consultation request is not consent for unrelated marketing. You can contact the office directly instead of using this form. This site does not take online payments or provide a customer account.
